Shipping and returns

The short version: orders go through my Etsy shop, damage is on me, 30-day returns.

Shipping

Free shipping to US addresses by USPS (no international orders for now). Ships within 3 to 5 days, and you get the tracking number when it ships. Each frame is wrapped in foam with corner protectors inside a double-wall box.

Delays

If I can't ship by the date I gave you, I'll email you first and you can cancel for a full refund.

Damage

If it arrives damaged, email logicframeco@gmail.com with a couple of photos of the box and the frame. I'll send a replacement if I have one built, otherwise I'll refund you, and you don't have to ship the broken one back unless I ask.

Returns

You can return an order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If it arrived damaged or not as described, I pay for the return. If you changed your mind, you cover return shipping (usually about $15 to $25) and I refund the item price once it's back. Message me on Etsy or email me first so I can send the address.

Etsy Purchase Protection

Orders placed on Etsy also get Etsy's own Purchase Protection.
